Aid From Within

Temporary aid alone can come from without. Anything of a permanent character must be sought by getting into a closer relationship with the forces of the inner. This is especially true with regard to the restoration of health and strength to body and mind. The more a person expects aid from another, the longer will he remain a weakling. The only true aid which another can give me is this: he can inspire and bring new hope that will urge me forward to do the needed work for myself.

Each one sees what he carries in his heart.
